What do you need from me?
Once you've chosen a package, you will be prompted to fill out our design form! On there, you can either give us the bare minimum (business name and email) or share as many details as you'd like. However, we will conduct our own research on your business, so if you don't share many details, we will still try our hardest to customize your site to fit your brand.
Who owns the website?
If you choose a hosting option at checkout, we will purchase and manage your domain and hosting for your convenience! The website code and content remain your property. At any time, you may request transfer of the domain and site to your own account, in which case Snowhoney Studios will provide all necessary files and instructions.
What if I want to host myself?
We will provide the finished website files and provide information for initial deployment. However, set up, ongoing hosting, server maintenance, and troubleshooting will become your responsibility once deployed to your chosen provider. You will also need to find and purchase a domain name for your site.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can start with a smaller package or Basic Hosting and upgrade later. We’ll apply your existing site toward the upgrade, so you don’t lose progress.
What if I need more than 3 pages?
No problem. Extra pages can be added at checkout for a flat fee. We’ll design them to match your site’s look and feel.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our Refund Policy. In short, if we don’t deliver as promised, you’ll get your money back.
Will my site work on mobile?
Absolutely. All packages include responsive design, so your site looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What if I already have a domain?
That’s fine! We’ll connect your existing domain to your new site at no extra cost.
I already have a website, but I'd like to upgrade my package or add pages without paying for a whole other package. What do I do?
